Odyssey Resorts is seeking an experienced manager to oversee deep cleans and inspections in our housekeeping department at Caribou Highlands Lodge.

The Housekeeping Quality Control Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of unit inspections and deep cleans to ensure the highest degree of quality guest and unit-owner care is maintained at all times.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and conduct inspections of cleaned units prior to guest arrivals.
  • Conduct inspections of owner arrivals, coordinates delivery of welcome gits, and respond to owner feedback and/or concerns.
  • Reviews surveys daily and coordinates communication and resolution of housekeeping-related guest comments.
  • Coordinate with Unity Quality to report and install replacement items.
  • Track guest service scores and identify ways to improve scores.
  • Oversee the cleaning of common spaces and shared association spaces.
  • Staffing, scheduling, training, and developing staff.

Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience is required.

About Caribou Highlands Lodge

This is an all season resort located slopeside for ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, world-class hiking in the summer and spectacular mountain views every day. The resort offers more guest activities and amenities than anyone else on the North Shore and features a main lodge, condos, town homes and executive style homes. Moguls Grille and Tap Room, located in the main lodge, is a favorite of resort guests and local residents.
